Cateina Technologies is seeking a highly versatile and experienced professional to fill a critical hybrid role, supporting the CXO team with high-level administrative excellence while driving key Technical Presales Coordination activities.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or presales, preferably within the IT, Software, BFSI, or Fintech sectors. This position demands exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, and a foundational understanding of technical solutions to ensure efficient executive operations and effective client-facing support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CXO team, including managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, and handling sensitive communications.
Prepare detailed Sales reports and Dashboards; analyze pipeline data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to present actionable findings to leadership.
Create professional presentations, official correspondence, and other executive-level documentation with high accuracy and quality.
Coordinate cross-functional activities across departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance) and proactively follow up on pending action items to drive project completion.
Actively engage with clients to understand their core business requirements and effectively propose tailored technological solutions.
Assist in creating compelling proposals, commercial/technical presentations, and conducting product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and Cateina Technologies' product portfolio (Cloud, AI, Fintech, etc.) to provide accurate internal and external recommendations.
Coordinate all administrative aspects of the sales cycle, ensuring data integrity in the CRM system, facilitating smooth contract processing, and adhering to compliance standards.

Who Can Apply:
Experience:
2+ years in a Sales and Marketing role, Presales, or a similar administrative role within the IT, Software, BFSI, or Fintech sector. Experience in tech startups is a plus.
Education:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or Computer Science.
Technical Understanding:
Strong foundational understanding in using AI tools, technical solutions, especially related to Cloud, AI, or Fintech products.
Proficiency:
Expert proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel/PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is required.
Tools:
Experience in leveraging AI tools for research, documentation, or productivity is preferred.
Work Model:
Must be available for full-time onsite work in Mumbai and willing to travel whenever necessary.
