Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Sales Support:

Assist the sales team with order processing, quotations, invoices, and follow-ups. Handle inquiries from customers and provide product or service information. Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and databases (e.g., CRM/ERP systems).

Order Coordination:

Coordinate with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of products. Track order status and communicate delivery schedules to customers. Follow up on pending orders, backlogs, and delayed shipments.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. Handle complaints, returns, or service issues in coordination with relevant departments.

Sales Reporting & Documentation:

Prepare sales performance reports, forecasts, and MIS for management. Maintain documentation related to sales orders, contracts, and agreements.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
