Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Sales Support & Coordination-

Assist sales executives with scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing client databases. Coordinate sales team activities and ensure timely follow-ups with clients. Generate and distribute weekly/monthly sales reports to management.

Client Interaction & Service-

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person. Support client onboarding and post-sales service requirements. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective support and communication.

Order Processing & Documentation-

Process sales orders in ERP/CRM systems with accuracy and efficiency. Track inventory and coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries. Prepare and review quotations, contracts, and proposals.

Administrative Duties-

Maintain sales records and update databases regularly. Organize sales meetings, take minutes, and follow up on assigned actions. Handle travel arrangements and reimbursements for sales personnel.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
