Job Description


: Primary Purpose As a Sales Coordinator/Executive, you are responsible to support sales head and coordinate sales-related activities. Coordinate meetings, handle queries, coordinating with other departments and handling administrative duties. Duties and Responsibilities 1. Should be able to work under pressure situations 2. Should be able to create and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with customers that can clinch sales and lead to repeat business 3. Helping the sales to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments 4. Identify areas of opportunity in performance and recommend tools and sales training to optimize the performance of the sales team. Additionally, work with the operations team to identify skill development areas and properly deploy sales and marketing resources. 5. Handling calls, emails, and messages 6. Accompany sales team on sales calls to potential clients to assist in the development of the account and to assess the effectiveness and sales skills of the salesperson. 7. Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events Developing and refining all sales processes, in conjunction with the marketing team. Skills, Experience, and Qualifications required for the job . A bachelor\'s degree or from hospitality or a related field. . 5 or more year\'s experience in hospitality . Good team development and leadership skills. . MS office with great PowerPoint presentation skills . Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills. . Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills. . The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines. . Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations. Job Expectations: Major accountabilities of the position 1. Should be flexible, decisive, motivated, reliable, and creative. Should possess strong management and leadership capabilities. 2. Design attractive & informational promotional campaigns to build a strong brand identity, create demand and establish a consistent & definite corporate image for the company 3. Having travel background is a plus 4. Social Media experience would be an added advantage Minimum Qualification: Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality or relevant field Minimum Job Experience: 5 years of experience in Hospitality Reporting to: Sales Head Travel: Yes, as and when required.
