Making calls and generating Leads or enquiries.
Prepare, maintain, and analyze MIS reports related to sales performance
Handle order processing, quotations, invoices, and follow-up documentation
Maintain accurate records of customers, orders, and sales data
Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and queries
Assist in preparing sales presentations, reports, and proposals
Ensure timely follow-ups on payments and customer requirements
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Team-oriented with a proactive approach
Qualification & Experience
Education:
Intermediate (12th Pass) / Any Graduate
Experience:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or MIS Executive
Languages
English, Hindi, and Telugu (preferred/required based on role)
