Assist the sales team with day-to-day coordination and support activities
Prepare and manage
Proforma Invoices (PI)
and
Purchase Orders (PO)
in
MS Excel
Maintain and update customer records and sales data using
Tally (Basic knowledge required)
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order processing and timely dispatch
Handle client queries via email and phone professionally
Generate regular reports on sales performance and stock availability
? Requirements:
Proven experience in a
Sales Coordinator
or similar administrative role
Proficiency in MS Excel
(including formulas, formatting, and reporting)
Basic working knowledge of
Tally ERP
Good communication skills - verbal and written
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
