Manage the MD's daily schedule, meetings, calls, and travel arrangements.
Draft emails, letters, presentations, and internal communication on behalf of the MD.
Maintain confidentiality of business decisions, documents, and discussions.
Coordinate with department heads for follow-ups and timely task closures.
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track action points.
Sales Coordination Responsibilities
Coordinate with the sales team, production, and dispatch teams for order updates.
Prepare sales quotations, order sheets, and client communication.
Maintain sales reports, order tracking, follow-ups, and MIS data.
Handle client queries, ensure timely response, and maintain strong client relationships.
Assist in planning and execution of sales strategies and review meetings.

Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)
Good command over MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
Ability to handle pressure and multitask
Professional, well-organized, disciplined, and proactive personality
Strong follow-up and coordination ability
Education & Experience
Graduate / Postgraduate (Preferred in Business, Commerce, or Management)
2 to 5 years
experience as
Sales Coordinator / EA / Office Coordinator / Admin Executive
Experience in
Manufacturing, Apparel, Garment, or Corporate
environment will be preferred
