Job Summary:



We are looking for an experienced and proactive

Sales Coordinator with Channel Sales experience

to join our team in the doors and windows industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with dealers, distributors, and internal teams to ensure efficient order processing, customer satisfaction, and sales growth through channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate and support the sales team in managing dealer/distributor networks Handle inquiries and follow-ups from channel partners regarding pricing, orders, and stock availability Process sales orders, quotations, delivery schedules, and invoices through internal systems Maintain accurate records of channel sales, distributor performance, and stock movements Track and manage order dispatches, ensuring timely deliveries to channel partners Assist the sales team in expanding the channel network and onboarding new partners Liaise with production, logistics, and accounts to ensure smooth operations Monitor payment collection from dealers and coordinate with the finance team Prepare and share sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics with management Support channel partners with marketing material, product updates, and promotional schemes

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field 2+ years of experience in sales coordination with a strong focus on

channel/distributor sales

Prior experience in the

doors, windows, hardware, or building materials industry

is preferred Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is a plus Ability to work independently and coordinate across multiple departments Knowledge of basic technical specs of doors and windows (an added advantage)

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
