We are seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, managing purchase orders and invoices, and ensuring timely dispatch execution. This role requires strong communication and follow-up skills and proficiency in English and Hindi. Prior experience in a B2B environment is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

PO and PI Management:
Manage purchase orders (PO) and proforma invoices (PI), ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

Follow-ups:

Conduct regular follow-ups with customers, and internal departments to maintain smooth workflow and timely deliveries.
Internal & Customer Coordination:

Collaborate with internal departments like sales, logistics, and customer support.

Dispatch Executions:
Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of products.

B2B Sales Operations:
Handle complete B2B sales operations including order processing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.

Repeat Orders Management:
Proactively manage and follow up on repeat orders from existing customers.

Cross-Selling & Up-Selling:
Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell products to existing clients, helping them find additional value while increasing revenue.

Requirements:

Graduate in any field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in a B2B environment.
Strong knowledge of sales operations, order processing, and dispatch coordination.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both verbal and written).
Proficient in MS Office and Google Sheets.
Strong follow-up, coordination, and documentation skills.
High attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
A proactive, customer-focused, and solution-oriented mindset.
Comfortable making follow-up calls and managing relationships with existing clients.
