We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven
Key Account Manager
to manage and grow our OEM client portfolio. The role demands strong coordination skills, commercial understanding, and the ability to serve as a trusted interface between OEM customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop long-term relationships with assigned
OEM clients
.
Act as the single point of contact for OEM accounts for commercial, operational, and service-related matters.
Understand customer requirements and ensure timely coordination with production, logistics, and finance teams.
Drive account growth through repeat business, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, contracts, pricing agreements, and order closures.
Monitor order execution, delivery schedules, and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Resolve customer concerns/escalations efficiently and maintain high service standards.
Track account performance, forecasts, and MIS reports on a regular basis.
Ensure compliance with company policies, commercial terms, and safety standards.
Required Skills & Competencies
Proven experience in
OEM account handling
, preferably in industrial gases, manufacturing, or B2B sales.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Ability to coordinate across multiple internal departments.
Commercial awareness and basic understanding of contracts and pricing structures.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/CRM systems.
Result-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
Qualifications
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
3-5 years of relevant experience in Key Account Management or OEM sales.
