BA/ B.com / Diploma in Electrical / B.Tech (Electrical) / MBA Sales & Marketing
Experience:
1 to 3 years of proven experience in Sales Coordination / Back-office Sales Support, preferably in the electrical or engineering industry
Key Skills:
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) with fluency in English
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Email & Internet usage
Strong email drafting & business correspondence skills
Ability to conduct data research and manage customer follow-ups
Minimum of 1 year of experience working with Zoho CRM and ERP tools.
Confident personality with strong confidence in handling responsibilities
Ability to handle customer queries with professionalism and clarity
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Roles & Responsibilities:
Follow up with customers on new enquiries via calls and emails, ensuring timely responses
Manage, track, and update leads/enquiries in ERP & Zoho CRM
Coordinate with the Sales & Technical teams for preparing and sending quotations/offers
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, offers, follow-ups, and closures
Qualify Sales Orders and obtain approval/sign-off from HOD
Provide back-office support to the Sales team including documentation, MIS reports, and coordination tasks
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up
Assist in preparing sales presentations, reports, and customer updates as required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
