Sales Coordinator
to support our sales team in managing orders, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth execution of sales operations. The ideal candidate will act as a key link between
sales, accounts, logistics, and warehouse teams
.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with the sales team for
order processing, invoicing, and dispatch
Maintain and update
sales orders, customer data, and price lists
Coordinate with
accounts for payments, credit limits, and outstanding follow-ups
Liaise with
warehouse and logistics teams
to ensure timely dispatch and delivery
Prepare and share
sales reports, MIS, and daily/weekly sales summaries
Handle
customer communication
regarding order status, delivery schedules, and documentation
Assist in managing
institutional, HoReCa, and retail customers
Support sales team in
exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings
Ensure proper documentation for
imported and frozen food products
Resolve basic customer queries and escalate issues when required
Handling customer credit follow ups and payment followups
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in
Commerce, Business Administration, or equivalent
2-5 years
of experience in sales coordination or sales support (food/FMCG preferred)
Strong communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in
MS Excel, MS Word, and ERP/Tally
Experience in
food distribution, frozen foods, or import-export
is an advantage
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Preferred Industry Experience
