Mitsumi Distribution (www.mitsumidistribution.com) is hiring for a Sales Coordinator for the India office, ( multiple locations) this is a crucial role in supporting the sales team to ensure the smooth operation of sales processes within an organization.
A Sales Coordinator supports the sales team in achieving their sales goals by providing administrative and coordination support.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management: Assist in maintaining and developing customer relationships.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service.
Order Processing: Handle order processing, including order entry, tracking, and coordination with relevant departments (e.g., logistics, finance).
Communication :Act as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and internal departments.
Ensure that all sales-related communication is clear and timely.
Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
Coordinate with inventory and supply chain teams as needed.
Sales Reporting: Generate and maintain sales reports, including sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis.
Assist in data analysis to identify sales opportunities and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree
Prior experience in sales or sales support roles in IT distribution is an advantage
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in using excel
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
