Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Target Execution
Support sales team in achieving
monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets

Sales Operations & Coordination
Coordinate daily sales activities, schedules, and meetings to align team efforts toward targets.
Prepare, process, and manage sales orders, quotations, and documentation accurately and on time.
Maintain and update CRM systems with sales data, customer interaction histories, and performance results.
Generate weekly/monthly sales reports and performance dashboards for review with the Sales Manager.
Support preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and pitch materials to help close business.
Customer & Internal Communication
Serve as a key contact point for customer inquiries, follow-ups, and order status updates.
Work closely with marketing, customer service, finance, and operations teams to ensure
aligned execution of sales campaigns and goals

Escalate customer feedback and market insights to help refine sales strategies.
Qualifications & SkillsRequired
Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
.
2-5 years of experience in a sales support, coordination, or target-driven role
.
Proficiency with
CRM systems
and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred
