About the Role

We are hiring a proactive and well-organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team with enquiry handling, client communication, follow-ups, and maintaining sales records.

This is an office-based coordination role with daily interaction with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Handle new enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and email Understand client requirements and share product catalogs, images, and company profile Assign enquiries to sales executives and track their site visits Maintain enquiry and follow-up trackers (Google Sheets / CRM) Assist in preparing quotations and sharing with clients Maintain shade card inflow/outflow and ensure timely recovery Coordinate daily with sales team for updates, photos, and visit reports Perform regular client follow-ups (1-3-5-7 day rule) Maintain accurate data entry and update CRM daily Prepare daily and weekly reports for the Director
Requirements

Graduate (any stream) Minimum 1 year of experience in sales coordination / admin / customer support Strong communication skills (English & Hindi) Good command over WhatsApp, email, Excel, Google Sheets Ability to multitask and manage follow-ups effectively Well-organized, disciplined, and responsible
Work Timings

Monday to Saturday - 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

(Office-based job in Lajpat Nagar)

Salary

?18,000 - ?22,000 per month (based on experience)

Performance incentive after 6 months
