in a sales support or coordination role and strong hands-on knowledge of
CRM systems
(e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar). This role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and update customer information, leads, and sales activities in the
CRM system
.
Assist the sales team with preparing proposals, quotations, presentations, and sales reports.
Coordinate communication between clients and the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups.
Track sales performance metrics and generate weekly/monthly management reports.
Support the onboarding of new clients and ensure smooth sales operations.
Handle order processing, documentation, and coordination with internal departments (operations, finance, marketing).
Respond to customer inquiries and route queries to appropriate team members.
Maintain the sales calendar, schedule meetings, and organize sales-related events or training sessions.
Assist in monitoring sales pipelines and ensuring high data accuracy in CRM tools.
Provide administrative support to the sales team to ensure efficient workflow.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
2-3 years of experience
in a sales coordination, sales support, or administrative role.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with
CRM platforms
.
Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
