We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Sales Coordinator to support our sales and customer operations. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, experience in industrial/technical sales support, and the ability to manage data, communication, and follow-ups efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor sample dispatches for PVC additive customers. Track trial status, feedback, approvals, and repeat orders. Maintain customer-wise documentation including quotations, inquiries, and sales pipeline. Follow up with sales managers for updates, order closures, and payments. Track monthly buying patterns of PVC pipe customers to identify business opportunities. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Coordinate with the supply chain team for inventory tracking and replenishment planning. Manage exhibition leads, documentation, and follow-ups.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience in industrial sales coordination -- preferably in chemicals, polymers, or related sectors. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Hindi. Strong data management and documentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
