We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Sales Coordinator
to support our sales operations, manage client communication, and ensure smooth coordination between internal teams. Candidates with strong organizational skills and a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the sales team in day-to-day coordination and operations
Manage client queries, follow-ups, and communication
Prepare sales reports, proposals, and required documentation
Coordinate with internal departments for project updates and timely deliveries
Maintain sales records, databases, and CRM tools
Support sales activities, meetings, and scheduling
Ensure smooth communication flow between clients and the internal team
Requirements
Male/Female -- both can apply
Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and work independently
Prior experience in sales coordination or related roles preferred
