Candidate should well versed with Excel and email writing

2. Should well versed with MIS reports

3. Presentable & good communication skill required

4. Need to coordinate with sales team related to sales activities.

5. Handling of and taking responsibility for customer enquiries made via phone and email involving technical sales engineer.

6. Preparing Quotations and submitting to customers.

7. Follow up with customers for orders / offer status.

8. Ensure timely execution of supplies / dispatches.

9. Responsible for regular feedback, timely & accurate reports of customers. Maintain the database on regular basis.

10. Co-ordination with customer & sales team for collection of payments.

11. Responsible for handling all customers complain and provide them a satisfactory solution.

12. Candidate should be based in Faridabad or Badarpur Border

Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
