Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in tracking leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
Maintain and update sales records, reports, and CRM software.
Coordinate with customers regarding orders, inquiries, and after-sales support.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and other sales-related documentation.
Handle order processing and ensure timely delivery coordination.
Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service.
Address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a
Sales Coordinator
or in a similar role.
Strong
communication and interpersonal
skills.
Proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
and CRM software.
Ability to
multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines

Excellent
organizational and time-management skills
