Sales Coordinator
to manage and support sales operations for our
UAE clients
. The ideal candidate should possess
excellent communication skills
, a professional attitude, and at least
2 years of experience
in sales coordination or client handling, preferably in international trade or the fasteners industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with UAE clients for inquiries, quotations, and order follow-ups.
Prepare and manage sales documents including quotations, proforma invoices, and export documentation.
Support the sales team in achieving targets and maintaining customer relationships.
Communicate with logistics and production teams to ensure timely order processing and dispatch.
Maintain accurate records of client communication, sales data, and reports.
Handle client calls, emails, and messages with professionalism and efficiency.
Provide after-sales support and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in a sales coordination or similar role.
Excellent communication skills
(verbal and written) - English proficiency is a must.
Experience handling
international clients
(preferably UAE-based) will be an advantage.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Positive attitude, team spirit, and customer-centric approach.
