Job Description

As a Sales Coordinator/Executive, you will be responsible for managing client inquiries, coordinating bookings, maintaining communication across departments, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets. You'll be the connecting link between guests, the operations team, and management -- ensuring seamless execution of every event.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle client inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and email. Maintain and update client databases and booking details in Excel sheets. Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and event documentation. Coordinate with internal teams (operations, catering, decor, etc.) for smooth event execution. Manage administrative and operational tasks related to sales and events. Follow up with potential clients and maintain strong communication post-event.

Strong communication and coordination skills. Proficiency in

Excel

Meta (Facebook/Instagram tools)

. Basic

computer knowledge

and

administrative skills

. Ability to multitask and manage timelines efficiently. Prior experience in
