Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with
Modern Trade clients
(retail chains, distributors, etc.) for order processing, stock updates, and dispatch follow-ups.
Maintain sales records, track performance vs. targets, and prepare periodic sales reports.
Support the sales team in
new product listings
, promotions, and price negotiations.
Communicate regularly with the
production, logistics, and finance
teams to ensure timely delivery and billing.
Handle
customer queries, feedback, and complaints
in coordination with the sales team.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of
fabric materials, colors, and export documentation
.
Assist in planning and executing modern trade sales strategies to improve visibility and revenue.
Skills & Competencies:
Good understanding of
Modern Trade (MT)
operations.
Knowledge of
fabrics, color coordination, and export documentation
.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other reporting tools.
Ability to multitask and coordinate between teams effectively.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
Work Environment:
Office-based role with coordination across multiple departments.
May require occasional travel for client meetings or trade visits.
