The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing schedules, preparing sales documents, handling customer queries, and ensuring the smooth operation of sales activities. This role acts as a bridge between clients, sales representatives, and internal departments to enhance customer satisfaction and sales efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: -
. Assist the sales team in day-to-day operations and coordination.
Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
Maintain accurate records of sales, customer information, and reports in the CRM system.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide after-sales support when needed.
Track sales targets and report on performance to management.
Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external clients.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar administrative role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
