Job Summary:



The Sales Coordinator provides essential support to the sales team by managing schedules, processing orders, preparing sales reports, and communicating with clients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of handling multiple administrative tasks to support the success of the sales department.

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate and support the daily activities of the sales team. Process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment. Maintain and update sales and customer records in CRM systems. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for internal use. Act as the point of contact for internal departments and external clients. Handle inquiries from customers, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary. Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and product demonstrations. Track sales targets and provide necessary administrative support to ensure targets are met. Assist in the preparation and delivery of promotional materials and proposals. Maintain inventory of sales materials and samples. Support marketing and trade show efforts when needed.

Qualifications:



High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus. Proven experience in a sales support, administrative, or coordination role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills & Experience:



Experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Knowledge of sales performance metrics. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Background in [industry-specific knowledge if relevant, e.g., retail, manufacturing, healthcare].

Working Conditions:



Office-based with standard working hours. Occasional overtime during busy periods. May involve occasional travel for events or meetings (if applicable).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
