The Sales & Service Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the sales and service teams. This role involves coordination between customers, sales engineers, service engineers, and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing, service scheduling, documentation, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate and support sales team in handling inquiries, quotations, tenders and order processing.
2. Prepare and share quotations, proforma Invoices/Tax Invoices.
3. Track order status internally with Sales Back Office Team
4. Maintain and update sales database, pipeline reports , and customer record in CRM
5. Assisting reporting manager preparing Sales Reports, Quote Register
6. Preparing Tender Documentation as per the Tender requirement
7. Submission of Tender Online/Offline
8. Follow up on EMD/BG/Pending Payments with Vendors.
Qualification :
1. Graduate
2. 1-3 years of experience
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, word)
