We are looking for a responsible and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our Sales Team.
Job Profile:
Taking charge of Weekly and Monthly Sales Reporting.
Working on lead generation and managing inquiries on Indiamart, Tradeindia and other lead generation portals
Maintaining opportunities and Account Details in CRM.
Providing support to the Sales Team for Proposal Building.
Coordination with field sales team and customers
Handling the Quotations Proposals, payment recovery.
Solving their Queries, as per the Product Information Required.
Collaborating with internal departments, such as sales, marketing, legal, and finance, to obtain necessary information and support for the tender submission.
Participating in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and other activities to gather information and clarify requirements.
Drafting and reviewing contracts, proposals, and other legal documents related to the tender submission.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Positive Attitude
Ability to adapt new thing quickly
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
Profiency in lead management portals such as Indiamart, TradeIndia
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experienced in speaking to leads for lead generation and conversion
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
