Maintain accurate
sales and accounts records
and ensure timely entry of all transactions.
Track
payment collections
, update outstanding statements, and follow up with clients for dues.
Prepare
sales reports, MIS, and performance summaries
for management review.
Communicate and coordinate with clients regarding order status, deliveries, and documentation.
Assist in maintaining
client databases
, pricing records, and contract renewals.
Work closely with the
accounts team
for reconciliation and financial reporting.
Support management in preparing presentations, proposals, and business correspondence.
Ensure compliance with internal processes and maintain confidentiality of business data.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Commerce / Business Administration / Accounting
or related field.
2-5 years of experience
as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role.
Proficient in Tally (ERP 9 / Prime)
and
MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
.
Strong understanding of
basic accounting principles and documentation
.
Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience:
Prior experience in
sales coordination for technical or product-based companies
.
Knowledge of
GST, invoicing, and reconciliation
will be an added advantage.
Experience in handling
corporate or B2B client documentation
.
