The Sales Coordinator will support the Sales team in managing daily operations, coordinating with clients, preparing proposals, maintaining sales records, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. The role is crucial in ensuring the timely execution of sales activities and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Call on given leads to introduce company products, understand customer requirements, and generate potential sales opportunities.
Maintain a follow-up record for each lead until closure.
Update call status and feedback in the CRM or lead tracker regularly.
Assist the Sales Manager and team in daily sales operations and follow-ups.
Coordinate with clients for quotations, documentation, and post-sales support.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, trackers, and dashboards.
Follow up on pending offers, leads, and payment collections.
Ensure timely communication between Sales, Accounts, and Service teams.
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer and sales data.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Qualification & Experience:
Graduate in any discipline (BA / BBA / MBA preferred).
2-5 years of experience in Sales Coordination.
