Collaborating with other departments to handle sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries efficiently.
Managing customer escalations.
Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
Responsible for client handling Maintaining records about Invoices, PO.
Inside Sales activities / Promotion to existing customers.
Coordinate /assist the dispatch department regularly.
Regular Marketing Promotions to customers via emails, and marketing platforms.
Desired Candidate Profile
Should be well versed with Tally, MS-Windows, ERP, and other relevant software.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Access.
Client Relationship Management.
Should have good communication skills and a pleasant personality with go getter attitude.
Candidate needs to be fluent in spoken and written English.
Self-motivated.
