We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in achieving targets and ensuring smooth sales operations. The Sales Coordinator will act as a bridge between the sales team, clients, and internal departments, handling administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, managing documentation, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative and operational support.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
Process sales orders, quotations, invoices, and other related documentation.
Coordinate and follow up with clients regarding orders, payments, and service requirements.
Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, sales activities, and pipeline updates in CRM.
Liaise with internal departments (logistics, finance, operations, marketing) to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Track sales performance against targets and provide insights to the team.
Assist in organizing sales meetings, events, and product demonstrations.
Support the onboarding of new clients and build strong customer relationships.
