Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers in a professional manner.
Connect calls to the concerned person/department and ensure smooth communication.
Maintain call records and update details in Excel/Word as required.
Assist the support team in preparing reports, documents, and other coordination tasks.
Follow up with customers and internal teams for pending issues.
Ensure timely and effective communication between customers and the company.
Requirements:
Fresher can apply (0-1 year experience preferred).
Basic knowledge of

MS Excel

Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle calls confidently and politely.
Good coordination and organizational skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
