Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers. Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, complaints, and escalations, ensuring quick resolution. Communicate product updates, offers, and services to existing customers. Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. Regularly follow up with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align customer engagement strategies. Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM software with all interactions. Prepare customer feedback reports and present insights to management. Support in upselling/cross-selling company products and services to customers.

Required Skills & Competencies:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency preferred). Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Positive attitude, customer-focused approach, and convincing skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM software knowledge is a plus. Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts effectively.

Qualifications & Experience:



Graduate in Business Administration/Marketing/Commerce. 2-4 years of relevant experience in customer relationship management or client servicing (manufacturing/FMCD/building materials industry preferred).

Compensation:



Salary: ₹2.5-3.0 LPA (depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
