Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Sales Coordinator
to support our sales team. The role involves coordinating sales activities, managing client communication, and ensuring smooth operations between the sales department and other teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the sales team to manage schedules, client requirements, and documentation.
Handle client inquiries and follow up on leads.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, proposals, and presentations.
Assist in processing sales orders and ensure timely delivery.
Communicate with internal teams (logistics, accounts, operations) to ensure smooth order execution.
Maintain and update customer databases (CRM/Excel).
Support in organizing sales meetings, conferences, and events.
Ensure excellent customer service and relationship management.
Requirements:
Graduate in Business Administration/Commerce or relevant field.
Good communication skills (Hindi & English).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Prior experience in sales coordination/customer service is an advantage.
