Job Summary & Description:

The Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and promotional strategies to enhance the visibility and uptake of Stree Clinic services in West Bengal and Odisha. This role involves close supervision and support of clinic-based social marketing teams, ensuring effective execution of outreach activities, tracking performance, and providing training where required. The Executive will analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to design targeted marketing strategies. In addition, he/she will be responsible for planning and executing promotional activities to strengthen community engagement and clinic awareness.

The position also includes supporting competition analysis, setting SMR targets, and conducting quarterly performance reviews. Monitoring referral data and aligning clinic performance with planned goals and training initiatives will be a key function. The Executive will also assist in promotional and procurement processes such as inviting quotations, negotiating terms, and maintaining related documentation. Furthermore, they will coordinate empanelment efforts under various government schemes, including Ayushman Bharat and PSUs. Periodic internet research and support with additional tasks, as assigned by management, will also be expected.

The candidate will be based at SO, must be Bengali, and well-acquainted with the geography of Kolkata & Odisha & willing to travel to units whenever required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
