We are looking for

proactive and reliable Sales Coordinator

to assist in the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office and support internal processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, solving real problems, and keeping people and processes organized. You'll work closely with different teams and handle a variety of operational tasks to keep the engine running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate and support the sales team in day-to-day activities. Manage and maintain sales documentation, contracts, and client records. Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products/services. Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients. Follow up with clients regarding payments, orders, and pending requirements. Work closely with logistics, finance, and other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment. Track sales performance and generate reports for management review. Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and events. Provide administrative support to the sales team for smooth operations. Maintain positive client relationships by providing timely assistance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or in a similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM software is a plus. Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
