We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Sales Coordinator
to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, coordinate sales activities, and act as a bridge between the sales team, clients, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information
Respond to customer queries, follow up on orders, and ensure timely deliveries
Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices
Maintain and update sales and customer records in the CRM
Handle urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable
Liaise with logistics, warehouse, and accounts team to ensure smooth order processing
Assist in preparing regular sales reports and presentations
Support the sales team in achieving targets by ensuring efficient internal coordination
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,001.78 per month
