Assist the sales team by processing and tracking sales leads, bookings, and customer data.
Ensure the timely and accurate communication of pricing, availability, and other essential information to customers.
Collaborate with the sales team to help meet or exceed sales targets
Assist in promoting travel packages and services through various marketing channels.
Support the development of promotional materials, special offers, and discounts.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and new travel products to help generate sales leads.
Handle post-travel customer service inquiries, such as refunds, feedback, and follow-ups.
Provide assistance with changes to travel arrangements as needed during or after the trip.
Analyze customer feedback to help improve service offerings and client satisfaction.
