Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Experience: 1 to 3 years
Qualification: Any Graduate
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support: Assist the sales team in processing sales orders, preparing quotes,
and handling customer inquiries.
2. Order Management: Track and follow up on orders, ensuring timely and accurate
delivery to clients.
3. Scheduling & Coordination: Coordinate meetings, presentations, and events for the
sales team, ensuring all logistics are managed smoothly.
4. Customer Communication: Serve as the point of contact for customers, providing
updates on order status and addressing any concerns or queries.
5. Documentation: Prepare sales reports, maintain accurate records of sales activities,
and update customer databases
7. Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with the inventory and procurement teams to
ensure product availability and resolve any stock issues.
8. Support Administrative Tasks: Help with preparing sales-related documents such as
proposals, contracts, and invoices.
Qualifications:
Education: Any Graduate
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, or a similar role.
