Job Description

To Support /Coordination with Sales Person, Clients and other concerned departments. To search new clients through tele communication, mail and websites. Contacting customers and arrange Meeting with customers. Ensured that meetings and related functions were executed to exceed the client's expectations. To coordinate with sales team by managing schedules and communicate relevant facts to the team. To Follows up on any sales quotations with the Clients. Making follow-up calls to confirm orders or delivery dates and tracking sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time. Resolving any sales related issues with customers. To make new calls per day in search of new clients. Numbers may Vary. To ensure prompt responsiveness on sales inquiries (via customers call, e-mails, walk-in and other correspondence) to maximize sales conversions. To Prepare MIS (Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly and Yearly ) for management review. To maintain organized sales records and month-end report. Monitoring/Prepare all documentation, agreements and follow-up for payments.
