Sales Coordinator - Pharma API Sales Location: Ghatkopar / Vidyavihar (Mumbai) Experience: 1-2 years (Back Office / Sales Support) Preference: Female candidates
We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented, and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our team in the Pharma API sector. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in a back-office or support role, preferably in a pharmaceutical trading environment.

Key Responsibilities:-

Coordinating with clients for documentation and order updates- Supporting the sales team with quotations, COAs, and follow-ups- Maintaining records and CRM updates- Managing email communication and internal coordination
