Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized

Sales Coordinator

to support our direct sales operations. The candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in

product-based industries

(home appliances, white goods, hotel supplies, etc.). The role involves

handling customer calls, providing product information, taking orders, and coordinating internally

with logistics and support teams for order processing and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend incoming calls from customers and provide accurate product information. Take customer orders via phone, email, or online channels and ensure correct entry into the system. Coordinate with logistics/warehouse teams for order dispatch and delivery tracking. Follow up with customers for order confirmation, delivery status, and feedback. Maintain proper records of inquiries, orders, and customer details using Excel or CRM tools. Share product catalogs, quotations, and promotional offers with potential clients. Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks and communication support. Ensure timely resolution of customer queries or complaints by coordinating with relevant departments. Prepare daily and weekly reports on inquiries, orders, and pending deliveries.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Business, or Marketing preferred). Minimum 3 years of experience in a

sales coordination or telesales support role

in the

home appliances or product industry

. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, email, and basic ERP/CRM software. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle pressure during peak sales periods. Should be customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude.

Preferred:

Experience in handling B2B or institutional clients (like hotels, offices, etc.). Familiarity with home appliances or white goods product range.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
