We are seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, managing purchase orders and invoices, and ensuring timely dispatch executions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong follow-up skills, and proficiency in English and Hindi.
Key Responsibilities:
1. PO and PI Management: Manage purchase orders and invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
2. Follow-ups: Conduct regular follow-ups with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
3. Internal and Customer Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams, such as sales, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless sales operations. Communicate with customers to resolve queries, provide updates, and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Dispatch Executions: Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient dispatch executions.
5. B2B Sales Operations: Manage B2B sales operations, including order processing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
