Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Sales Enablement & Coordination:

Drive sales revenue enablement through coordination and teamwork with sales and cross-functional teams. Provide primary sales and administrative support to the VP - Sales, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and correspondence. Synchronize customer orders with planned sales projections and facilitate smooth communication between the Sales and Supply Chain Management (SCM) teams.

Customer & Sales Team Support:

Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and coordinating with relevant departments for quick resolution. Oversee the processing and creation of new customer accounts in a timely and accurate manner. Facilitate the provisioning of sales-related accessories and materials as required.

Administrative & Operational Duties:

Manage sales team support requirements such as TADA queries, appointments, ID/visiting cards, etc. Provide primary data for invoices and statements to assist the sales team in account management. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales databases, including records of SRs, SOs, ASMs, and RSMs.

Cross-functional Alignment & Internal Coordination:

Work in collaboration with internal departments to ensure timely order deliveries and fulfillment. Coordinate with the HR department to address sales staff concerns including F&F processes, salary queries, and issuance of employment-related letters.

Data Management & Reporting:

Maintain essential documentation and records through efficient file and time-keeping practices. Assist in infrastructure and logistics arrangements for Management Review Meetings. Assure quality communication and timely updates to channel partners to build long-term trust and engagement.

Qualifications & Skills:



Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in sales coordination or administrative support roles. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with CRM systems preferred. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
