Job Description

The Telephonic Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team by managing inbound and outbound calls, coordinating sales activities, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and the sales team. The role involves sales support, customer service, and administrative duties aimed at driving sales growth and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



Inbound and Outbound Call Management:

Handle incoming inquiries and provide information regarding products/services. Conduct outbound sales calls to potential and existing clients for lead generation, follow-ups, and product promotion. Maintain a high volume of calls while ensuring quality and professionalism.

Sales Coordination:

Coordinate with sales team members to streamline processes, manage leads, and track client interactions. Assist in scheduling meetings, presentations, and follow-up calls between sales staff and clients. Manage sales documentation, quotes, orders, and reports.

Customer Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by ensuring timely responses and proactive communication. Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints, ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues promptly. Update and manage customer databases with details of interactions and sales progress.

Reporting and Data Management:

Prepare and distribute regular sales reports to the sales team and management. Track sales metrics such as leads generated, conversion rates, and revenue targets. Assist with preparing sales presentations, proposals, and other materials.

Product Knowledge and Support:

Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers. Provide technical or detailed information to potential clients as required. Offer suggestions and solutions to customer needs and preferences.

Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service departments to align goals and activities. Coordinate promotions and product launches with the sales team. Assist in the planning and execution of sales events or campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Proven experience as a sales coordinator or in a similar role. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask effectively. Good organizational and time-management skills. A proactive and customer-focused mindset. Ability to work in a team and independently. High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Educational Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, though not mandatory.

Pay: ?25,652.68 - ?30,610.71 per month
