Job Description

Handle urgent calls, emails, customer queries, and delivery scheduling.
Process and verify orders with correct pricing and discounts.
Input and track orders in CRM, ensuring timely delivery.
Coordinate with departments for sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries.
Maintain sales records, reports, and support finance with data.
Follow up with clients for order closures and payments.
Update CRM with accurate details regularly.
Attend sales meetings, share feedback, and provide inputs.
