Salary: Rs. 20,000 - Rs. 60,000/- Roles and responsibilities: 1. Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services
2. Accurately recording details of customers\xe2\x80\x99 purchase orders
3. Processing all customer purchases accordingly
4. Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.
5. Managing customers accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services
6. Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
7. Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and preferences.
8. Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales. Qualification: 1. Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Excel spreadsheets and pivot tables. 2. Have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn and make new sales with customers, including add-on services. 3. Strong verbal and written Communication
4. Proven experience working as tele sales executive.
5. Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
