To be able to coordinate and manage the MIS reports across all program verticals
Ensuring all work is completed and submitted before the deadlines set
To help administer the Group Databases and Back Office solutions. This will be focused on integration and training to support the CRM (customer relationship management) database system.
To build strong relationship management and integration with other departments across the company
To be a champion on key projects to help improve internal processes
Maintain proper Reports and MIS for all documents received, submitted and accepted by the clients
Knowledge and Skills
Excellent command over the English language along with good Communication skills
Ability to handle clients and maintain appropriate servicing and relations
Good computer skills and ability to work in excel sheets for MIS and reports
Self-motivated with a proven ability to complete work in a timely manner
Should be a team worker and be able to build a strong rapport with the other departments for a smooth work flow
