Sales Coordinator Cum Tender Executive

The Sales Coordinator cum Tender Executive will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, managing client communications, preparing quotations, and handling tender submissions. This role supports the sales team in achieving targets by ensuring smooth operations, timely document preparation, and effective coordination with internal departments and external clients.


Your Responsibilities


Sales Coordination




Support the sales team in day-to-day administrative tasks and documentation. Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales orders. Coordinate with logistics, finance, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and invoicing. Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports. Follow up with clients for payment collection and post-sales support.

Tender Management




Identify relevant tenders through online portals and other sources. Collect, review, and compile all necessary documents required for tender submission. Prepare tender documents, including technical and commercial proposals, in coordination with internal teams. Ensure timely submission of tenders and maintain proper records of submitted tenders. Liaise with clients and government/private agencies for tender clarifications and updates.

Customer Relationship Management




Act as a point of contact for clients regarding inquiries, quotations, and order status. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners. Support customer visits, meetings, and product presentations.

Key Requirements




Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and tender portals (GeM, CPPP, etc.). Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines. Knowledge of sales processes, quotation preparation, and tender documentation.
