Queries Handling and Ability to sustain a conversation.
Deciding on the price deal after checking with the resources
Coordinating with sales team on price quotation and TAT requirements
Highly organized and mature with respect to human relationships and can get the job done.
Complete the end-to-end sales cycle.
Be responsible for the closure of issues at all steps in a customer requirement lifecycle
To co - coordinate with Operations and Sales Team to improve customer satisfaction
